These days, when you buy a house, condo, or townhome that is part of a planned, covenanted community, you will most likely pay monthly fees and assessments to a homeowners’ association. If you become delinquent in paying those fees and assessments, the homeowners’ association will be able to get a lien, also known as an HOA lien, on your home that could lead to a foreclosure.

Customer agrees that the liability of Dar-Liens, Inc., its agents and employees, in connection with services hereunder to the Customer and to all persons having contractual relationships with them, resulting from any acts, errors and/ or omissions, whether negligent or otherwise, of Dar-Liens, Inc., its agents and/or employees is limited to the total fees actually paid by the Customer to Dar-Liens, Inc., for those services.

HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION NOTICE DETAILS

(1) The Council of the HOA adopted rules, regulations or bylaws which imposed charges, dues or assessments upon owners of any interest in the regime. ARS § 33-1256 et.seq.

(2) The above named Owner has failed to pay the above described charges, dues or assessments when due. Wherefore Council demands a lien on the Subject Real Property and all improvements thereon in the amount set forth above.
